If you’re not completely happy with your SoftiesPJs.com purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a different item (minus shipping for returns). 

A few important notes:

• Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale or SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns and exchanges must be unworn, with original tags attached.
• Items can only be exchanged one time.
• Only purchases made directly from SoftiesPJs.com are eligible.
• Please inspect your Softies when they arrive or gift them right away—our 30-day window is firm.
• Returns or exchanges sent outside our online portal will incur a 20% restocking fee.
