We are proud of our products! If you are unsatisfied with your SoftiesPJs.com purchase, you may return your order for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Return window closes firmly 30 days from date of purchase.  Please inspect or gift your Softies on receipt.

Please navigate through our return portal below to submit your return. If you purchased Redo at checkout, a label will be provided for you at no charge. If you did not purchase Redo at checkout, you will be responsible for purchasing your return shipping label in the portal.

Only items purchased directly from SoftiesPJs.com are eligible for return and/or exchange. Returns must be unworn and with original tags attached.

Softies marked on SALE are final and non-exchangeable or refundable.  Returns sent outside of the Softies return portal below will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
