We are proud of our products! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your SoftiesPJs.com purchase, you may return your order for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Return window closes 30 days from date of purchase.

Only items purchased directly from SoftiesPJs.com are eligible for return and/or exchange. Returns must be unworn and with original tags attached.

Softies marked on SALE are final and non-exchangeable or refundable
