How much does domestic U.S. shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the continental United States on orders of $60 or more. We offer USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight. All Softies orders ship within 1 business day. Orders received by 1:00 PM ET will ship same day.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your SoftiesPJs.com purchase, eligible items may be returned for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items marked SALE are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I care for my Softies products?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, wash with similar colors, use mild detergent, tumble dry low, and remove promptly from the dryer. Do not bleach. Avoid high heat, which can shorten the lifespan of delicate fabrics over time. Treat them gently and your Softies will stay irresistibly soft wash after wash.
